Product Description
The iRIS 300 (iQuest Remote Information Source) has been designed as a cost effective, self contained datalogger/information source for use in a wide range of information gathering applications, such as flow meterering, power metering, rain gauges etc.
It is supplied in an environmentally sealed (IP65) enclosure. with a small keypad and 4 line x 12 character LCD display with graphical icons, 128K flash memory, a standard DTE RS232 and self contained GSM/GPRS modem. Power requirements are kept to an absolute minimum. Actual average current consumption is very configuration dependent).
iRIS comes complete with an internal 6V @ 1.2Ahr rechargeable SLA battery. An integral charger supports the use of external power supplies from 8-30V d.c. This feature allows direct connection of a small solar panel. Supply input is over voltage and reverse polarity protected.
It is supplied in an environmentally sealed (IP65) enclosure. with a small keypad and 4 line x 24 character LCD display with graphical icons, 64K flash memory, a standard DTE RS232 and self contained GPRS modem. The unit has an on-board real-time clock and is fully Year 2000 compliant. Power requirements are kept to an absolute minimum. Actual average current consumption is very configuration dependent.
