Tedlar with Single Stainless Steel Fitting These economical gas sample bags feature a unique stainless steel fitting that reduces the overall weight of using stainless steel by combining the hose/valve and septum fittings into one easy-to-use unit. The all stainless steel construction prevents leakage and ensures that the sample contacts only inert materials. This fitting design greatly reduces the cost of using sample bags when stainless steel fittings are specified. These economical bags do not have eyelets.

Black and Clear Layered Tedlar
For Light-sensitive Compounds
Frequently used for light-sensitive compounds, black and clear layered Tedlar sample bags eliminate the need for cumbersome outer containers to protect the sample. The SKC black and clear layered Tedlar bag combines a standard 2-mil clear Tedlar film inside a black layered Tedlar bag for convenient protection of light-sensitive compounds, while maintaining the integrity of the sample.

Unlike other sample bag materials, Tedlar film resists gas permeation - both into and out of the bag. This assures sample integrity and valid data for all applications.
Tough & Flexible
Tedlar film retains its tensile strength and toughness allowing for reuse and a long service life for many applications. Tedlar is rated for continuous use from -98 to 225 F. This wide range of operation allows for use in very cold or very hot environments including stacks, vents, and flues.
Chemically Inert
Tedlar film is inert to a wide range of chemicals. Since Tedlar will not react with or alter the composition of collected chemicals, sample integrity is assured.
