AMS Planer Augers for cleaning the bottom of a hole
Removes loose material from the bottom of an augered hole! The AMS planer auger is fitted with a cutting blade on the underside of the cylinder to remove loose material from the bottom of the hole in preparation for collection of a core sample. It is made with a carbon steel bail, stainless steel cylinder and tungsten carbide hard surfaced carbon steel cutting blade.

This Auger cleans and flattens the bottom of pre-drilled holes. This unique auger is designed to be used with the AMS Core Sampler.
